We finally left for Canada for another three Week trip in Alberta and beyond.
I took the opportunity to try the Advanced Features of my Mobile equipment and therefore there might be a few Updates in the coming Weeks.
Here’s the First.

Waiting for our luggage and missing our connecting flight.
Hang on for more.

Holidays

It’s Kieler Woche Time, this comes with Music (too loud, too nasty) and Sailing (sometimes even with wind).

Here’s the first shot from the “Klassiker Rendezvous”. Gallery will follow!

I made this just early this year. It´s stiched from four pics using the “huggin” software.

Hope you like it.

A weevil passed by and posed for my camera.

I took the opportunity and that’s the shot:

Oh so quickly!

Things are going fast hese days:

Heres my next picture:

spring09_05

Made with the old Series E 75-150 3.5 and a Nikon Close up Lens 4T.

Really hard to focus, but sometimes you are lucky.

It took me only one day to choose and post the next picture.

Swans again:

That IS astonishing!

Spring is coming fast these days and so it´s time to get out an shoot.

Since I updated my site there are some new pictures arriving in the next days.

Here’s the first:

Stay tuned

Springtime 2009

It took time (as it always does), but here they are.

The Pictures from this years Inshore Race Weekend now termed KSD Powered by ASV Kiel.

Enjoy.

To the gallery.

KSD 2008

my new equipment.

I sold my D50 (really nice Cam for the first steps with an DSLR) an bought an Nikon D200 used. Nice piece of Work from my favorite Manufacturer.

Alongside with the new Camera I aquired a Sigma 24-60 lens to fit in between the 12-24 Tokina and the long Nikon.

Pictures to be seen soon. So stay tuned. (Or check back in another ten months since I’m not sure when I will be able to upload them.)

What brings me to…

One wouldn’t expect, that somethings happening on this site, but…

I really managed it to put another Gallery together. This time you may enjoy my first steps in Macro-Photography. I made most of these pics with an ancient Micro-Nikon AiS 55/2,8 so the insects are rather small. You can’t get close enough to capture them sensor filling. But for the flowers this lens with an Camera which meters with manual Lenses works quite fine.

Here´s the teaser:

So here is the link

News, at least.
